The Rock Emperor is the boss monster of Rock Nest Top. It is a very large, two headed bird usually spotted circling the nest of Baby Rocks and Eggs. It has several nasty attacks and the aggressive monsters around it makes killing it without the use of Stealth Cards a pain.
