General[]

While the Atum research institute was working on the [Infinity Project] to improve the efficiency of the space travel programme, a remaining secret unit of the Shrine hacked into the Warp Station, opening up access to hitherto unknown regions. This discovery led to the deployment of pilots to secure these regions - without knowing what would be awaiting them there.

The Infinity Field is city facility which allows players to participate in cooperative combat in a series of 3 special challenges, similar to a "dungeon" in a traditional RPG. Players are awarded with unique items for their participation, the most common of which are Infinity Orbs, which can be exchanged for special items and equipment at the Infinity Vendor. Players can also even acquire special weapons or Gear armours which cannot be found outside of the Infinity Field.

  • The Infinity Field region has several restrictions, such as limited daily access (once per day for each character) and other conditions (players must be a minimum level of 20 to play - and playing requires a minimum of 2 players, with a maximum of 6)
  • When you want to leave the Infinity Field Area, press (B+Enter) to stop your gear and press the resign button to leave Infinity Field.
  • When bidding, you can use the keyboard buttons Y and N or your mouse to determine your bid.

Areas[]

Currently there are three areas available:

  • Kreacian Holy Lands - Players must defeat a series of five powerful dragons
  • The Hydrogen Driver - Players must defend the Hydrogen Driver super weapon from the attacking Shrine enemies - there is a total of 10 waves
  • Survival Abyss - Players must defend the allied mother ship Osiris, and destroy the attacking Shrine Mother ship known as Shade - there is a total of 5 missions

Each area has its own unique items which may be earned as rewards for participation or completion.

Adjusting Difficulty.[]

When a player creates a room, he can adjust the "step" (difficulty) level, from a minimum of 0 (easiest), to a maximum of 50 (hardest). Higher levels are more difficult but offer better XP and rewards

Betting[]

In between completing rounds or missions, players are greeted with a screen allowing them to "bet on a roll" for certain special items. After all players bet, the player with the highest "roll" for each item is awarded that item. A player can also decline to bet altogether.

The below charts are the reward increase bonuses for each possible level for the fields. Everything is added on to the standard rates, so Experience/Reward Item are truly "Standard + 21%" and so on.

Infinity Orbs[]

Infinity Orbs are special items acquired by playing the Infinity Field, which act as a unique currency used at the Infinity Vendor. Players may exchange Orbs at the Infinity Vendor for special items and equipment which cannot be found anywhere else.

Each item available at the Infinity Vendor has its own number and type of Orbs required to purchase it. The four types of orbs available are follows:

Solar Orb
Solarorb
Galaxy Orb
Galaxyorb
Supercluster Orb
Superclusterorb
Quasar Orb
Quasarorb
