Levels[]
Heal Target has like most other skills different grades, requiring higher levels as the skill is levelled up through a Skill Shop. Also does it seem to have a maximum range between target and caster, the skill can also be used by clicking on the name of a formation member in the active formation member interface.
The Recharge time provided only applies to self-healing, used on a different target than yourself the Recharge time is approximately 3 seconds.
