Elite Skill Opening Cards drop like candy from the NGC maps so they are practically free
Elite skill opening cards are dropped by all Gold monsters and all Bosses on a 0.05% Droprate, with the exceptions of Gigantic God and Guardian of Vatallus, they have a 0.2% Droprate.
Also are they available from Ancient Ice (0.01%) and Heart of Love (1%) capsules.
