The City Management Tower is used to:
- Register up times and results of past Strategic Points.
- Schedule Mothership wars and register up times and results of past Mothership wars.
- Show when the Outposts are open and who own them.
- Elect new leaders, show when the election is and who they currently are.
- Register the National Contributed Points (Opposing Nation Kills).
- Receive warfunds (General Nation-Leader Only).
- Make a national statement for the nation to read (General Nation-Leader Only).
